The cab driver was punctual and maintained a polite and professional attitude throughout, which made our travel smoother. That said, I believe the travel agent should take more care in understanding the client’s needs and clearly communicating the reality of what’s being offered, rather than overselling. Transparency builds trust and is more valuable in the long run than just making a sale.

Otherwise good on timing and supportive person In general, Rohtang pass trip from Manali was very costly when I compare with my other friends experience.. just 2 adventure games and winter dress,they charged 5000 and cab 6500...felt cheated here... But overall good experience and thanks for arranging this trip

Flights were canceled, regions like Shimla and Dharamshala were under high alert, and travel was clearly not feasible. In such circumstances, citing standard cancellation policies and offering only a credit note is highly disappointing and insensitive. This experience reflects a lack of seriousness in handling customer communication and crisis situations. I expected better professionalism and empathy. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your communication, support, and refund policy handling in future cases.
